Guest accused of groping 13-year-old

A smack to the buttocks might be considered demeaning by any woman, but when the target is a 13-year-old girl, it raises more serious issues.
A woman told deputies that she was on her porch drinking with some friends just after midnight Thursday. She went into the house just as her 13-year-old daughter came around the bar in the kitchen, and the mother saw one of her male guests swat the child on the bottom.
The mother got upset and yelled at the offender, who left in a car.
A little later the man “called on the phone and stated something to the effect of it being the 13-year-old’s fault for looking so sexy,” the deputy’s report said.
