The Christian Motorcycles Association will be at East Side Baptist Church, 24 Sixth St. N.W., on Sunday, Aug. 9, during the morning worship service at 11 a.m.



Senior Voices of Praise

Senior Voices of Praise will meet 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, in the choir room at East Side Baptist Church.



Called AARP Meeting

AARP in Colquitt County will hold a specially called meeting on health care reform on Tuesday, Aug. 11, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center in the Ferguson Room. AARP’s health care priorities will be the featured topic. Activities for the National Service Day on Sept. 11 will also be discussed. A discount dinner is available at 5 p.m. with the meeting at 6 p.m. For more information, contact Brenda Meredeth at 985-8847.



Moultrie Staggerwing Country Jamboree

The Moultrie Staggerwing Country Jamboree will be this Friday, from 7 to 11 p.m., next door to the Sunbelt Expo. Along with Gary and The Country Rockers, featured singers will be Billy Wilson, Robert Price, Gary Page, Lalla Lehmann, William Brinson, Wayne Watson, Emmitt Page and Jason Duckworth. Pelham Country Jamboree

The Pelham Country Jamboree will be this Saturday, from 5 to 11 p.m., in downtown Pelham, across from the depot. Along with the Cotton Boll Express, the featured singers will be The Faithful Servants, Brenda Powell, A.J. Thomas and Carol Nelms. Everyone is welcome to play and sing.
