MOULTRIE —
An open house Tuesday will celebrate the reopening of the Colquitt County Mental Health Center.
The public is invited to the event, which begins at 4:30 p.m. at 615 N. Main St. A ribbon cutting and program will begin at 5:15 p.m.
Services at the center are a collaboration of Colquitt Regional Medical Center, Georgia Pines Community Service Board and Turning Point Hospital.
Sponsors include the University of Georgia College of Public Health, Colquitt County Archway Partnership, Moultrie Federated Guild and Flowers by Barrett.

Canning plant to open Monday
The canning plant located at Colquitt County High School will open on Monday, May 20, with operating hours from 8 a.m. to noon. The plant will operate these hours on May 20, 22, 27 and 30.
