Museum of Agriculture store plans open house

TIFTON — Visit the newly renovated Country Store on March 9 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Georgia Museum of Agriculture and Historic Village at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

Shop the “Georgia” room in the store for a variety of products produced within the Peach State or shop American made products ranging from candy and toys to household items. Area vendors will be on site with a sampling of their products. Mix and mingle with vendors such as Rutland Farm, Lauri Jo’s, GMA Drug Store, Bruce’s Nut-N-Honey Farm, Faddie Maddie, and several others.  Register for door prizes to be given away.

 Admission to the Georgia Museum of Agriculture and Historic Village on Tuesday-Friday is $7 for adults, $6 for seniors (age 55 and over), $4 for children 5-16 years of age, and free for children four and under. Saturday admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors (age 55 and over), $5 for children 5-16 years of age, and free for children four and under.
