• A caller to the Rants and Raves line states: "While in the local store, I noticed several different things, one almost every hispanic had a cell phone or they were at the department to purchase one. Then while checking out, I had a line of hispanics in front of me, almost everyone used a foodstamp card,then completed their purchase with a pile of cash out of there pocket. I can't afford a cell phone, I don't make enough to purchase one and buy grocerys. And I don't qualify for any help. But I don't have money the day of my payday because I have to pay bills.
