Russell Jamis Norman

Robert and Christina Norman of Norman Park, are proud to announce the birth of their son, Russell Jamis, on Sept. 24, 2009.

He weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21 inches long.

He is the grandson of Brenda and Jim Chalkley of Moultrie, the late Randall Norman and Gary and Barbara Dotson of Deer, Ark.

He is the great-grandson of Robert and Fay Norman of Moultrie and Mae Henson of Mt. Judea, Ark.

His mother is the former Christina Dotson.



Peyton Reese Roberts

Jeffrey and Amanda Roberts of Moultrie, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Peyton Reese, on Sept. 10, 2009.

She weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19 inches long.

She is the granddaughter of Greg and Pam Etheredge of Moultrie, Johnny Browning of Lakeland, Ga. and Vernon and Terri Roberts of Moultrie.

She is the great-granddaughter of JoAnn Holloway of Moultrie, Edna Browning of Lakeland, Ga. and Erlean O’Coine of Moultrie.

Her mother is the former Amanda Browning.



Griffin Cole Newman

Nathan and Katie Newman of Hartsfield, are proud to announce the birth of their son, Griffin Cole, on Sept. 1, 2009.

He weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 19-3/4 inches long.

He is the grandson of Steve and Cathy Young of Hartsfield and Chris and Ray Jean Leggett of Pelham.

He is the great-grandson of Claire H. Lewis of Hartsfield and the late Levay Hancock, Frances Young of Tifton, Ga. and the late Bobby Young and Helen Jones of Pelham and the late Neil Jones.

He has a big brother, Carter Newman.

His mother is the former Katie Young.



Journey D. Johnson

Kelvie and Joleen Johnson of Moultrie, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Journey, on Oct. 24, 2009.

She weighed 7 pounds, 6.4 ounces.

She is the granddaughter of Carmen Espino of Moultrie, Loretta Johnson of Valdosta, Ga. and Kevin and Arrie Johnson of Valdosta, Ga.

She is the great-granddaughter of Katie Johnson of Albany, Ga. and the late Albert, Leslie and Dorothy Edwards of Lenox, Ga. and the late Alicia and Bernardo Rodriguez.

Her mother is the former Joleen Castillo.



Lendon Wiggins

Josh and Jena Wiggins of Lenox, Ga., are proud to announce the birth of their son, Lendon, on Oct. 29, 2009.

He weighed 8.9 pounds and was 20.5 inches long.

He is the grandson of Tim Wiggins of Tifton, Ga., Helen Wiggins of Lenox, Ga., Carole Horne of Moultrie, and Keith Lacey of Moultrie.

He is the great-grandson of Ruth Bennett of Lenox, Ga. and Donald and Vivian Horne of Doerun.

His mother is the former Jena Lacey.
