Abby Billing recently attended Camp Arrow for the first time, along with several other kids from Moultrie that have been going for years. She received the campership award in memory of Kaye Bannister. The late Bannister had been the backbone of sending these kids to camp by encouraging parents and the kids alike, and making sure everything was in place for a carefree week for the kids.
