ROTC students meet Lt. Col. Oliver North

VALDOSTA — Retired Marine Corps Lt. Col. Oliver North signed his most recent book, ‘Heroes Proved,’ in Valdosta Monday, and members of the Colquitt County High School Junior ROTC attended.
