City Council meets at 7 p.m. on the second Monday of each month at the City Hall.

New residents of Berlin will need to visit city hall and pay a $150 deposit to start their water and garbage services.

The Colquitt Electric Membership Corporation provides electricity, and they can be reached at 985-3620, or call 1-800-342-8694 if there is no answer. Windstream provides phone service.
