• Hail of gunfire kills 1, injures 3 others

  The peace of a Sunday night was shattered suddenly by an eruption of gunfire at a Northwest Moultrie residence that left one man dead and three people injured.
  Residents and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said that more than 30 shots were fired at several people who were standing around a fire in the front yard of 224 Second St.
