The Colquitt County School System held its third annual Back to School Expo Saturday. The event drew a crowd anxious to take part in the activities. Students received free school supplies, haircuts, and books. Numerous door prizes were provided by local vendors and participants. ‘Parent involvement continues to be a vital part of student success,’ said Gerald Burke, Colquitt County Schools federal programs director.
